Terms of service
General terms applicable to requests made through this website. Each operation is also governed by the specific proposal and contract accepted by the client.
Request and proposal
A request sent from the website binds neither the client nor KBL IMOS SL. After assessing it, KBL IMOS SL sends a proposal with recommended level, fixed price and conditions. The service is contracted only upon written acceptance of the proposal.
Prices
Prices published on the website are indicative and are set per operation according to distance, declared value, urgency and number of deliveries. Proposal prices are fixed; they change only if the client requests changes.
Armoured vehicle and escort services
Levels requiring an armoured vehicle or armed escort are provided together with private security companies licensed under Spanish Law 5/2014 on Private Security and its implementing regulations. KBL IMOS SL coordinates the operation and remains the single point of contact for the client.
Exclusions
We do not transport cash, weapons, regulated substances or goods without documentation of origin. KBL IMOS SL may refuse any shipment that does not meet these conditions.
Insurance and liability
Every shipment is covered by insurance on the value declared by the client throughout custody. The specific cover, limits and exclusions are detailed in the proposal and the operation contract.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. The courts of Palma shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
