Data processed and purpose

Through the request form we collect name, organisation, email, phone, origin and destination of the shipment, deadline and the description you provide. We use them solely to prepare and send you a service proposal and to answer your enquiry.

Do not include sensitive data in the form: the specific content of documents is handled through a secure channel once the proposal is accepted.

Legal basis

Pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Retention

Request data is kept for up to 12 months if no service is contracted, and for the applicable legal periods if it is.

Recipients

The form is sent by email to the company mailbox through its own mail server. No data is shared with third parties except where required by law.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@kblimos.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
